About 10,000 ? worth of ham
This is an image of the ham fridge at one of Barcelona's bistros. Keeping the lovely serrano hams cool and dry is the name of the game. once out of the fridge these gams will be placed in a special wooden holder allowing for easy slicing. Amazing ham shavings just melt in your mouth, no actual chewing is necessary.
