Keep the dumplings coming, please.

The green ball is gelatinous rice goo (not that slimey) surrounding a garlic spinach interior. Aside from being a feast for the eyes it was delicious. And... the texture was pleasantly amusing. In China, being 'amused' by the texture of a food is an occasion worth celebrating!
