I bought mine at RawSuper(rip-off-massively-over-priced)Foods dot com, but I'm searching for a less pricey alternative.

These cocoa nibs are normally a bit too bitter and dry for me, but the combination with the honey (and wax :) is just magical!

The texture is what is so exciting about this bonbon. The grittiness of the buttery grainy cocoa nibs combines well with chomping up the delicate wax, and the explosions of sweet syrup that drip down your throat. This bonbon has an exciting 'mouth feel'.
